Celebrate a powerful weekend of dance, confidence, and female energy during Female Week at United Dance Studio in Zurich Altstetten. From 7 to 9 August 2026, this special Summer Week brings together inspiring teachers, international guests, and a strong community atmosphere dedicated to movement, self-expression, and empowerment. Across three days, dancers can explore different styles, connect with like-minded people, and experience classes that are both energetic and uplifting.
The weekend starts on Friday with Dancehall Female Choreo by Christina Teufl, Hip-Hop with Carmen Claudia, and a Ladies Night Jamsession with a female playlist from 8 PM. On Saturday, the program continues with Mobility & Flexibility including female energy activation by Charo, Afro Heels with Ifunanya, and Dancehall Female with Queensy. Sunday closes the week with Yoga Meets Dance by Shanti, Commercial with Miriana, and Heels with Chloé. Whether you want to train, grow, express yourself, or simply enjoy a weekend full of positive energy, Female Week is the perfect place to dance, connect, and feel empowered.
