Yoga, Mobility & Pilates

Our Yoga & Mobility program is designed to be a sanctuary from the fast-paced world. We combine ancient yoga traditions with modern mobility techniques to create a practice that nurtures both physical strength and mental clarity. Whether you use it as a recovery tool for your dance training or as a standalone wellness practice, our goal is to help you achieve a state of total harmony.

We focus on intentional, targeted movements that improve joint health, increase range of motion, and release deep-seated tension. Our approach integrates breathwork with physical flows to ensure you leave every class feeling taller, more flexible, and deeply relaxed. We emphasize correct alignment to prevent injuries and promote long-term physical well-being.

To maintain a high quality of instruction, we keep our classes small and accessible:

  • Class Types: A variety of sessions ranging from gentle Hatha flows to intensive Mobility & Stretch workshops.
  • Environment: Taught in small groups to allow for hands-on corrections and personal modifications.
  • Levels: All classes are "open level," meaning our instructors provide variations to suit your specific experience and needs.
  • Equipment: We provide mats and props, but you are more than welcome to bring your own for personal comfort.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and ensure a peaceful start for the entire group.
  • Health Notice: If you have any acute injuries or physical conditions, please inform the instructor before the class begins so we can adapt the exercises for you.
